When coming for a clinic appointment, please remember to:

• bring your appointment slip
• bring your Health Insurance Card
• bring a list of your medications and dosages
• allow yourself appropriate time to park and find your clinic.

When you arrive at the hospital, please remember to:

• check with our Volunteers at the Information Desk for directions to your clinic or for Portering assistance
• use the conveniently located hand sanitizer when you enter and exit the building
• look for self-registration kiosks in clinic registration areas.
