Hotel Dieu Hospital is located in the heart of historic downtown Kingston. The hospital encompasses one city block with the main entrance located at 166 Brock Street directly across from the Chown Memorial Parking Garage.
We recommend that you use the Brock Street main entrance for your clinical and surgical visits in order to have easy access to our Information Desk, main elevators and comfort amenities.
If you are traveling along Highway 401 you can access Hotel Dieu Hospital by taking any of the following exits:
Exit 615 (Sir. John A. MacDonald Blvd.): Follow to Johnson Street, turn left, follow to Bagot Street, turn left, follow to Brock Street, turn left.
Exit 617 (Division Street): Follow to Princess Street, turn left, follow to Montreal Street, turn right, follow to Brock Street, turn right.
Exit 619 (Montreal Street): Follow to Brock Street and turn right.
Hotel Dieu Hospital sits on a full block in the heart of downtown Kingston, with the main entrance located on Brock Street. The perimeter streets are Sydenham Street (to the west/two-way), Bagot Street (to the east, two-way), Brock Street (to the north/one-way running west) and Johnson Street (to the south/one-way running east).
The following parking garages/lots are owned and operated by the City of Kingston and are in close proximity to Hotel Dieu Hospital. Located directly across from Hotel Dieu Hospital's main entrance. Note that certain levels of this parking garage are designated short-stay parking (maximum 4 hours and under) Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm only.

Located on Brock Street (west of Wellington St.), 1.5 blocks east of Hotel Dieu Hospital's main entrance.
Located on Wellington Street (near Queen St.), two blocks west and 1.5 blocks north of Hotel Dieu Hospital's main entrance.
Oversized Vehicles: Vehicle clearance at the main entrance is less than 8’ 2. Vehicle clearance at the Urgent Care Centre is less than 9' 6. All vehicles that are over this height should pull into the driveway off Brock Street at the Urgent Care Centre to safely drop off patients. There are two oversized accessible vehicle parking spots alongside the Murray Building (accessed via Bagot Street). These spots are intended for patients & families with a disability who are attending an appointment at HDH; the spaces are available on a first-come, first-serve basis.
