Kingston General Hospital

  • Armstrong Wing outpatient clinics and diagnostics
  • Armstrong 3 (Echocardiography and Cardiac Rhythm Device Clinic) and Armstrong 4: CLOSED Dec. 24, 2014 to January 2, 2015 inclusive.
  • Armstrong 5 (Obstetrics clinic): OPEN Dec 24: 8:30 am– 12:30 pm, Dec 30 & 31: 8:30 am–4:30 pm. CLOSED Dec. 25-29; Jan. 1 & 2.
  • Armstrong Phlebotomy room: OPEN Dec. 24: 7:30- 1pm, Dec. 30 & 31: 7:30 – 4pm. CLOSED Dec. 25-29; Jan. 1 & 2.
  • Cancer Centre of Southeastern Ontario at KGH: CLOSED Dec. 25 & 26, 2014 and Jan. 1, 2015


Providence Care

  • St. Mary’s of the Lake Hospital: Specialized Geriatrics Acute Care Consult & Outreach Services: Closed Dec. 25, 26 and Jan. 1, Day Hospital: Closed Dec. 23 to Jan. 1, Therapeutic pool and all outpatient physiotherapy and clinics: Closed from Dec. 22 to Jan. 4 inclusive
  • Mental Health Services: Outpatient/Outreach Services and Community Connections: Closed Dec. 25, 26, and Jan 1 , ACT and CHIT teams will continue to operate at weekend levels of service delivery on Dec 25, 26 and Jan 1
  • Providence Manor: Hildegarde Centre programs: Closed Dec. 24, 25, 26 and Jan. 1,  Attendant Care Outreach office: Closed Dec. 25, 26 and Jan. 1


South East Community Care Access Centre

  • Access Team:  Available for service/info requests at 310-CCAC, 8:30 am to 8 pm.
  • Scheduled in-home services:  Continue uninterrupted.
  • Administrative offices of the South East CCAC:  CLOSED.

  • Please select the most appropriate option:
  • Minor illness/injury that cannot wait for a family doctor:  Urgent Care Centre, Hotel Dieu Hospital, 8 am to 8 pm, 365 days/year.
  • 24-hour access to a Registered Nurse:  Telehealth Ontario, 1-866-797-0000.  
  • Life-threatening illness/injury:  Emergency Department, Kingston General Hospital, 24 hours/day 365 days/year.


Patients should ensure prior to the holiday period that they have sufficient prescription medication.
