SERVICES:
We provide:
- hearing assessments
- auditory brainstem response tests
- otoacoustic emissions tests
- hearing aid evaluations (prescriptions)
- hearing aid follow-ups
- tinnitus evaluations
- electronystagmography (ENG)
We see infants, children and adults. We are recognized by the Assistive Devices Program of Ontario,
Veterans Affairs Canada, Workplace Safety and Insurance Board, and Non-Insured Health Benefits.
We provide audiological services for the Infant Hearing Program for the Southeastern Ontario region.
In addition, we are associated with the Cleft-Lip and Palate Clinic and the Hearing Impaired Clinic for Children
(see below for link to brochure).
Hearing aid services are not covered by OHIP.

WHO WE ARE:
We are Audiologists registered with the College of Audiologists and Speech-Language
Pathologists of Ontario (CASLPO) and Audiology Technicians supervised by Audiologists.
REFERRALS:
A doctor’s referral is required.

The Murray Building is located on the southwest corner of the Bagot and Brock Streets intersection. Wheelchair accessible entrance is on Brock Street.
HOURS:
The department is open from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm. The latest appointment time is at 4:00 pm.
