Join us in the HDH Auditorium (Johnson 1) for this Lunch and Learn Seminar is devoted to exploring what mindfulness is, discussing the established benefits of a mindfulness practice, along with an introduction to the practice of meditation which will help with the development of mindfulness.

The facilitator, Rev. Dr. Bill Gervais, a member of our Spiritual & Religious Care Department at HDH, is a certified Spiritual Director and Tai Chi Chih instructor, and has led a number of seminars and retreat days focusing on a variety of spiritual topics, such as discernment, coping with stress, handling change and other life challenges through the use of prayer, meditation and the practice of mindfulness.
