  • bring your appointment slip
  • bring your Health Insurance Card
  • bring your medications and dosages
  • if you will need personal assistance while attending your appointment, please bring a family member or friend to help you
  • please do not bring large sums of money or other valuables to the hospital allow yourself appropriate time to park and find your clinic

  • if you have diabetes, please bring a healthy snack with you to your appointment or visit our Café located in the main lobby.
When you enter the Hospital via the main entrance 166 Brock Street you are on Level 1. Please use main elevators to reach clinics on Level 0 and Levels 2-7.

    613-544-3400 extension 2198. Enter main entrance on Brock Street. Walk towards main elevators and then continue down hallway (do not get on the elevator). Turn at the first door on your right to reach Registration Desk.

  • Anti-Coagulation, Jeanne Mance 5 (Hematology):
    613-544-3400 extension 3720. Entre the main entrance on Brock Street and take elevators up the level 5 off the elevator turn right and enter through the second door on your left to registration desk. You will see the waiting area.

  • Arrhythmia Clinic (Cardiology/Heart) Brock 1:
    613-544-3400 extension 2198. Enter main entrance on Brock Street. Walk towards main elevators and then continue down hallway (do not get on the elevator). Turn at the first door on your right to reach Registration Desk.

  • Asthma Clinic Jeanne Mance 4 (Respirology):
    613-544-3400 extension 2400. Entre the main entrance on Brock Street and take elevators up the level 4 off the elevator turn right and enter through the second door on your left to registration desk. You will see the waiting area.

  • Audiology Clinic (Department of Audiology and Speech-Language Pathology)
    613-544-3400 ext 3623. 144 Brock Street, Murray Building: The Murray Building is located on the southwest corner of the Bagot and Brock Streets intersection (across from the CIBC Bank). Wheelchair accessible entrance.

  • Kingston Bariatric Regional Assessment and Treatment Centre, Johnson 3
    613-544-3400 extension 3550. Enter main entrance on Brock Street and take main elevators from lobby to Level 3. Turn right off elevator and then immediately right again. Watch for sign above door.
    Providing assessment and treatment for obesity and morbid obesity. The Centre provides high quality pre-surgical assessment and post-surgical follow-up services for adults requiring weight loss surgery.

  • Bone Density, Jeanne Mance 0 (Imaging):
    613-544-3400 extension 3020. Enter main entrance on Brock Street and take main elevators from lobby to Level 0. Proceed straight off elevators to Registration Desk.

    Enter main entrance on Brock Street.Walk towards main elevators and then continue down hallway to your right (do not get on the elevator). Towards the “Brock One Clinic” sign hanging from ceiling. Just past this sign you will see an small hallway on your left, take this hallway. Walk through the waiting area towards red door, turn left and walk towards a red double door which opens to what looked like a loading dock.     Enter main entrance on Brock Street and take main elevators from lobby to Level 2. Go left off elevator and proceed straight down hallway. Then left and you will see reception on your right.
  • Home Cardiographics, Jeanne Mance 3
    Enter main entrance on Brock Street and take main elevators from lobby to Level 3. Turn right off elevator and then immediately right again. Through the door on your left and follow hallway about mid way down. Watch for sign on wall.

  • Child and Adolescent Psychiatry, Brock 5
    Enter main entrance on Brock Street., take elevator up to level 5. Off elevator go to your left, our outpatient clinics are located on Brock 5.

  • Child Development Centre (CDC), Jeanne Mance 1
    Enter main entrance on Brock St., turn left once in the building past the coffee shop. Continue down the hallway, past the “Child Outpatient” sign. When you reach the “Child Development” sign turn right and enter our reception area. Paediatric Virtual Tour

  • Children's Outpatient Centre (COPC), Jeanne Mance 1
    COPC serves patients from birth to 18 years of age. The COPC provides a unique walk-in emergency clinic for pediatric patients as well as many specialty clinics such as cystic fibrosis, cardiology, endocrinology, diabetes, orthopedic, bowel management and more. The COPC is open Monday to Friday 9 am to 4 pm and is located on Jeanne Mance 1.   • Chronic Pain Clinic, Jeanne Mance 3
    Entre the main entrance on Brock Street and take of of the 3 main elevators up to level 3. Level 3: Turn right off the elevator follow hallway and signage to Chronic Pain Clinic. Chronic Pain Clinic WAITING AREA will be on right side of hallway. Watch a video about our clinic

    All Cystoscopy patients need to register first in the Jeanne Mance 4 clinic—a big sign near the elevators on Level 4 will direct you there.

  • Detoxification Centre
    240 Brock Street, Kingston, Ontario 613-549-6461
    The Detox Centre is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. As part of Hotel Dieu Hospital, we offer short-term, non-medical treatment service for men and women who want to detoxify from alcohol and/or other drugs, who are waiting for intake into a treatment program, or who are in danger of a relapse. We offer supportive counseling and referrals to community services, self-help groups and ongoing treatment programs. Walk-ins or telephone crisis response is also provided. There is no waiting period, no fees, and your stay is voluntary.

  • Diabetes Education & Management Centre (DEMC), Centenary 2
    Diabetes Education & Management Centre is made up of an adult program and a paediatric program. DEMC accept referrals from health care professionals or the person living with diabetes. Enter through the main entrance on Brock Street, walk towards main elevators and then continue down hallway to your right (do not get on the elevator). Continue down that hallway to the end turn left follow this hallway until you see a small elevator (Centenary Elevator) on your left (Pharmacy will be on your right), take that elevator up to level 2 and DEMC registration desk will be off the elevator on your left.

  • Diagnostic Imaging (X-ray, Imaging, Radiology), Jeanne Mance 0
    Enter the hospital through the main doors off Brock Street take main elevators down to level 0. Registration is straight ahead.

  • Eating Disorder Clinic (Adult), Centenary 5
    Enter through main entrance on Brock Street and take main elevators from lobby to level 5. Off the elevator go to your right, to the end of the hall, go right to the end (two blue elevators), keep to your left and reception is at end of the hall.

  • Eating Disorder (Child and Adolescent), Brock 5
    Enter main entrance on Brock Street., take elevator up to level 5. Off elevator go to your left, our outpatient clinics are located on Brock 5 check in with our secretaries in room 564 before your appointment.

  • Ear, Nose and Throat (ENT)
    144 Brock Street, Murray Building: The Murray Building is located on the southwest corner of the Bagot and Brock Streets intersection (across from the CIBC Bank). Wheelchair accessible entrance.

  • Endoscopy/GI Function Unit Proedures, Register on Jeanne Mance 4
    All Endoscopy patients need to register first in the Jeanne Mance 4 clinic—a big sign near the elevators on Level 4 will direct you there. When you register you will receive a red folder and a map to the Endoscopy area. Please bring the red folder with you when you proceed to Endoscopy for your appointment.

  • Emergency -Urgent Care Centre, Jeanne Mance 00
    Urgent Care Centre serves all patients whose illness or injury is not life-threatening but serious enough to require prompt medical attention. The UCC is open 8am to 10pm, 365 days a year. Urgent Care Centre has a dedicated entrance located east (walking towards traffic flow) of the hospitals main entrance on Brock Street. Their is a driveway to drop patients at door.

  • Eye Clinic-Ophthalmology, Johnson 6
    There are three clinic locations within the hospital. Mary Alice Clinic: Level 1 which is through the main entrance on Brock Street proceed straight ahead towards the Gift Shop, turn to your right and proceed up the ramp to the registration desk. Research on Johnson 2: which is through the main entrance on Brock Street take the main elevators up to level 2 off the elevators turn right and right again, follow hallway take your first right and Research area is midway down hallway. Johnson 6 Clinic: which is through the main entrance on Brock Street take main elevators up the level 6 off the elevator turn right and right again proceed down hallway to registration desk.

    Located on Johnson 1: Enter main entrance on Brock Street.Walk towards main elevators and then continue down hallway to your right (do not get on the elevator). Towards the “Brock One Clinic” sign hanging from ceiling. Just past this sign you will see an small hallway on your left, take this hallway. Walk through the waiting area towards red door, lab doors are across from doorway. The is a secured access door please knock.

  • Human Resources, Johnson 1
    Enter main entrance on Brock Street.Walk towards main elevators and then continue down hallway to your right (do not get on the elevator). Towards the “Brock One Clinic” sign hanging from ceiling. Just past this sign you will see an small hallway on your left, take this hallway. Helping children with diabetes and their families learn how to cope with and manage their diabetes.     We provide medical direction, education and advice to paramedics and paramedic services in nine upper-tier municipalities across Eastern Ontario. Our Kingston office is located west from Hotel Dieu Hospital at 238 Brock Street.

    HDH Volunteers are an integral part of our community. Everyone works diligently every day to make Hotel Dieu Hospital a friendly and warm institution. Volunteers make a significant contribution to the hospital, both in terms of time and talents given and monetary donations. The funds raised by volunteers are used to purchase much-needed equipment and comforts for patients and visitors.
