A hearing aid prescription is required. Please click here for information on the Department of Audiology and for referral information.

Hearing aid accessories, batteries and assistive listening devices are available for purchase during hours of operation.

Custom swim plugs and hearing protection can be arranged by appointment.

The hearing aid dispensary is recognized by the Assistive Devices Program of Ontario, Veterans Affairs Canada, Workplace Safety and Insurance Board, and Non-Insured Health Benefits. We work with the Ontario Disability Support Program, Ontario Works, and the Assistance for Children with Severe Disabilities. We are recognized by the Infant Hearing Program for dispensing hearing aids to children.
